One of the most reputed Institutions, IIT Kharagpur’s Entrepreneurship Cell, has proudly launched local startups meet 2021, also known as LSM 2021. This initiative taken by the IIT Kharagpur’s Entrepreneurship Cell comes under the Pan India initiative. IIT Kharagpur’s Entrepreneurship Cell is also one of the biggest and oldest entrepreneurship promotional bodies led by students only.
All the startup enthusiasts and alpha and beta stage startups get an excellent opportunity to connect with each other and other leading venture funds, entrepreneurs, and early-stage investors. Therefore it is a perfect opportunity for all the startup enthusiasts out there.
LSM will start from 16th October and last till November’s 2nd week, almost a month. From exciting events like insightful panel discussions to workshops, everything will be witnessed in the first two weeks while numerous reputed identities will participate in this event. They are N.G Subramaniam, the Executive Director and COO of TCS, Rajesh Raju, MD of Kalaari Capital, Tanmay Saxena, COO of Tata 1 mg, Ashwin Damera, CEO of Eruditus and Emeritus, Asha P. Pillai, CFO of Shell, and many others. All the participants will get the opportunity to get introduced to the latest trends and daunting challenges encountered by startups.
A panel of investors will be presented in this event as judges. In the third week, five different startups will be selected to be mentored. They will have the final session of pitching. This panel of investors will judge the pitching. The judges or this incredible panel of investors include Matrix Partners, Bharat Innovation Fund, Blume Ventures, Indian Angel Network, Morgan Stanley, and more.
