Property Management India is a startup that grew up in Bangalore when a co founder found that the current scenario of house renting is not standardized and is really a hectic job . The passion of finding best and only independent rent houses in the city makes us achieve what we desire and thrive towards our goal everyday effortless.
The tenants and the owners and of course our team in this never ending journey have a long story best shared over a hot cup of coffee or better yet, cold mugs of beer. If you want to hear more about those, just drop us a line -and we’d happy to have you over (and even foot the bill).
For now, we’ll stick to the simple story of what happens when two novices get together and start working with the Real estate Industry. Only one of two things can happen – Drown, in the sheer vastness of this industry, or build a completely different way to do things.

Above all the greatest challenge was to find believers. The whole idea that all stakeholders of this Trade would come onto a single platform and transact, was deemed impossible .
Finally, after almost a year of hawking our vision we found support from Owners,Banks,People,Mentors who helped us along, we launched PMI on 1st of Sept 2022.
Today PMI is no longer just our vision. It is an Online Community – where Owners, Individuals, Banks, Various Authorities, Families come together and supporting us grow faster.
PMI is the first company in Bangalore to revolutionize the renting or housing industry with “India’s No.1 property directory” concept.

What made you strike this business idea?
Owners and sellers are looking for post paid services for renting or selling out their premises , residential or commercial . There are many companies which let them list put their properties on free basis but later on sell pre-paid plans to them but the result they get is not satisfactory. These companies are funded by investors and their own goal is to drive in as much sales as possible . The success rate for these online platforms is 5 % . Therefore , we saw a huge gap in the market which needed a platform for the owners and sellers for listing their properties without any pre-paid plans . The owners and sellers hence can offer reward to deserving party who closes the deal for them or direct walk ins by tenants or buyers without paying any extra amount.
Hence , this platform was created .
What inspired you to start this company?
Growing dissatisfaction of owners and sellers by current online real estate platforms which is not focused on service but is after driving in sales and revenue .
When did you start your business?
What does success mean to your company?
We aim to be India’s No. 1 property directory. We aim to generate earning opportunity for stakeholders who work in real estate industry.
How are you performing currently?
We are profitable currently and more over we are having a sustainable growth.
What is the biggest risk to your company?
As said we are focusing on a sustainable growth , hence we do not have any risks as such. We have a very good data driven forecasting.
What are your plans for the funding?
We have no plans for funding .
What is the biggest challenge you faced during your start-up setup?
IT was a difficult task and challenge for us , hence we have been focused on this from day 1 and we are still improving . Second problem was finding the right people for working with us as we are hiring aggressively and we needed people.
What does growth mean to you and your business?
Growth for us means maximum property listing , maximum interactions of different stakeholders in our platform for different kind of needs .

What does it feel like to be the founder of your start-up? How does it feel to get up every morning and getting on to work?
Its feels great to be a part of a platform where so many people are interacting and we are making a difference and making tenants , buyers , owners and sellers happy. Every morning there are new challenges , new opportunities which drives us ahead and giving us the motivation to work for future .
Where do you see your business standing in the next 5 years?
We tend be the the only platform for real estate properties in major cities in India bringing in owners , sellers , brokers , tenants and buyer on the platform for all transactions .
Who supports you to stand this business and how?
Our owners and sellers of both commercial and residential properties support us with their feedback .The employees help us in improving the backend . The company goal keeps us strive towards aim we have .
Business model of the company?
We help owners , sellers to list their commercial or residential properties on our platform . We also help brokers , tenants and buyers to view there listing with a minimum fee . We do not sell or pitch any fancy plans.
