The LG Soundbar has introduced its most recent soundbar with an upward-firing center speaker which is the first of its kind. It offers a completely immersive experience for its listeners. The model is named LG S95QR Soundbar, and LG announced it by teasing a new line of audio products for home theatre, gamers, cognoscenti, and music lovers.
LG S95QR has amazing qualities like 9.1.5 channels for audio, 810-watt output to provide an immersive surround sound. This premium home theatre setup supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and IMAX Enhanced, to improve the three-dimensional listening experience.
The audio system displays five upward-firing channels- three of which are in the soundbar. Meanwhile, the other two are fitted in the individual wireless rear speaker channels. Sound waves from a room’s ceiling are reflected back down to the audience by the upwards firing speaker systems. This assists in creating a more realistic sense of sound compared to speakers directly playing to the listener. This audio system also consists of a subwoofer to manage bass notes.
The rear speakers consist of six channels with four front/side drivers to accompany the two upward-firing drivers. These rear speakers are capable of spreading sound across 135 degrees. A wide expansion of sound like this provides the listener with more flexibility and suits being played in tinier rooms. Simultaneously, its receiver supports a large distance between the soundbar, subwoofer, and rear speakers, giving larger rooms multiple positioning options to choose from.
LG uses Merdian Audio Horizon technology for Music Mode. This utilises two-channel audio content and up mixes it to 7.1 channel audio for a more realistic sound. Audiences who desire lossless wireless audio have the option to pair the soundbar with an LG Wowcast Wi-Fi dongle (to be bought separately). High-quality streaming services and smart AI assistants like Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are supported by the LG Soundbar.
The S95QR is also a delight for gamers, thanks to its variable refresh rate and automatic low latency mode. It doesn’t matter if the gamer is causal or competitive, The S95QR doesn’t allow gamers to feel any sort of audio-visual lag. Also, the LG Soundbar supports 4K and 120Hz HDR passthrough.
LG is yet to announce the price and availability in the market for LG S95QR Soundbar but will display the speakers at CES 2022. LG will bring forth its complete 2022 soundbar, which will be an amazing lineup of the LG XBOOM 360 Bluetooth Speaker, UltraGear Gaming Speaker, and Tone Free true wireless earphones.
