The inspiration behind the setup
Visaman was established lately in December 2020, when the two masterminds Gurbinder and Kishneet realized how unorganized our Visa consulting industry was and how important it was to cater the needs of the people looking forward to going abroad. Having 25+ years of experience in the field, they were quite aware of the industry and market practices. Knowing that there are many scanty information programs available online that promote illegal black marketing in the country, the two came up with the idea of establishing Visaman, a transparent consulting business helping the public in India.

VISAMAN team looks forward to promoting the Fair price service policy across the Visa aspirant communities. They have come up with a team who is capable of catering the public domain raising a new employment scope in the industry. Considering the fact that movement had been restricted and the impact of Covid19 raised communicable health concerns, the startup aims to fight the challenge and grow in the visa industry.
Growth in future for Visaman is all about scalability and efficiency in order to grow at the minimal costs possible. While the company has already launched in 26 cities in India, it aims to expand to 100+ cities by April 2021.
In the coming 5 years, the company aims to launch various other programs in the Indian communities that can benefit the public. To name some of these, Visaman looks forward to introducing yogic study programs, programs to explore the business opportunities for foreign migrants, educational programs, etc.
The company is currently self-funded for the year 2021. However, if the company manages to achieve its goals and success, they definitely look forward to pitching for investor’s money. What made you strike this business idea? What inspired you to start this company?
The visa consulting industry is unorganized and there is scanty information of the programs to migrate available to public which promotes Illegal black marketing by few. Visaman was formed to bring the visa consulting business transparent and value chain system pan India for benefit of public

What does success mean to your company?
Success is Fair price service policy exists for migration and all other Visa aspirant communities. All desired programs for various skills be available in public domain. Professionals take over the visa industry service level to new employment scope. If this happens, success comes in default reward for any organization.
How are you performing currently?
We have a professional inhouse team that possess vast experience in visa service industry in different programs from 3 years to 15 years. We are new but are organized to storm the market by quality of service and transparency.
What is the biggest risk to your company?
Risk is that the embassies of most of the countries are expected to open within near six months. Covid – 19 has made unforeseen business situations in past therefore the business risk factors prevail on extending precautions for communicable health diseases.
What are your plans for the funding?
As of now the management is investing self generated funds in 2021. The management believes that If the project VISAMAN generates profitability and scales its presence with own money, then its more appealing for pitching in Investor’s money. If Visaman is not capable of generating positive results with the bootstrapping, then Investors may also fall short of profit or scalability.
What is the biggest challenge you faced during your start-up setup?
Visaman is 19th startup project of the management. There are generic challenges but management is already prepared to overcome all, one by one.
What does growth mean to you and your business?
Growth in terms of our project “Visaman” is scalability with minimal cost of expanding our service partner system, this is very well achievable as per forward plans.
How does your product stand different from others in the market?
Its the first service platform in Visa consulting industry. Its available on Android, Apple, Web with same interface and intelligent technologies. Most of Visa consulting Market is not transparent and charges hefty payments for immigrant programs, On the other hand Visaman is breaking the tradition by listing an MRP on services on all of its programs with multiple payment options. The operational network of Visaman in pan India, which is not a “piece of cake” for any!
Where are your start-up services spread?
The launch is being done in 26 cities in India and an expansion is on the move to complete 100+ cities by 13 april 2021-01-13
What does it feel to be the founder of your start-up? How does it feel getting up every morning and getting on to work?
Start up does not means that its a different way to start a business, rather every business goes through almost same challenges so does “Our Startup VISAMAN”. The management has the past experience of incubating small to large companies, and yes VISAMAN is exiting because its profit making from day 1.
Where do you see your business standing in the next 5 years?
We hope we ll be present in most of western countries in next five years. We have various programs for various Indian communities but In future We will include India as preferred destination for education, yogic study programs, business opportunities for foreign migrants, workers as well.
